I don't understand.
Suppose I'm a customer at a big ISP with 20 outgoing edge servers, 19 of
which are listed. Doesn't that mean that for every mail I send, there's
a 5% chance that it isn't accredited, so big ugly dialog boxes will
apear at the recipient's screen?
That would rather hollow out the benefits of accreditation, in my view.
