However, in those cases, a "Sender" header or some other scheme would be needed. If we add a header to say 'Forwarder: flobadob.com' we might as well say 'ProofOfConsent: flobadob.com; token=Qacq3iu23iu23f2ihg' Which is out of scope for round one but would make a great round 2.
