CSV uses host domain names, to identify client MTAs.
The comment I was addressing discussed CSV tying reputation to IP's,
which is all I was responding to.
That client's IP address is derived during the authentication phase,
but the domain name is the identity used for CSV processing,
including the Domain Name Accreditation portion.
Which sort of negates the original comment that claimed SPF has a
problem because it ties reputation to domains, whereas CSV doesn't
have that problem.
