RE: [end points comm] OPES System

My point about TSA is that there is no way to determine if items were
lost by TSA or the airline.  All you can do is to talk to the airline
and be told "we didn't lose it, it must be TSA".  That's not a
"trace", and TSA will say the airline is at fault.  We don't want a
protocol system with this kind of information loss.
