Bruce could of easily reported back in Oct 2004, "Yo hector, my mail is
being rejected."

No, because you would have rejected that mail as well.

No, you would of done it publically like you eventually did, but only this
time in a silly vain attempt to prove "something" whatever that was.

The fact is he knew this. He knew he was being blocked via WCSMTP
because
at the same date Oct 27, he tried out the TESTWCSAP directly and saw
that he
passed the test.

Bull. What my ISP might or might not have done is outside
of my control or knowledge base.

Sorry, it was all you. See the logs below:

Your inability to receive mail is your problem, not mine,
and I'm not going to jump through hoops to attempt to
notify you that you have a problem.

"Wheeeeeee, here we go!"

Bruce, You were twitted!!! PERIOD! You proved nothing! You were black
listed, plain and simple and as much that might pain you, you also knew you
were black listed. This report of yours is just a red-herring. You know it.

Here is the Oct 21, 2004 logs.

Here is the SMTP level rejection:

Note the time. What was strange was no wcSAP recording. But as we found
out, you were black listed using a deprecated filtering file. I prematurely
took the benefit of the doubt and considered a bug on our part. Nope. Not
the case. You were twitted. Plain and simple.

Around 5 hours later, you were still trying to figure out the rejection
reason, so you tried the web-based TESTWCSAP test form:

Also, I see you ran about 5-6 testwcsap this morning. You tried various
combinations of input parameters. No FALSE POSITIVES!
