I can tell you that our MTA has look for the following the last 7-8
years of GL deployment:

to trigger a faster retry on the 2nd and 3rd attempts. It has
drastically lower the bad connotations of using GL delivery issues in
commercial environments.
In future updates, we will add 4.8.26 for checking but I am not sure
if we will have it as a default for receivers to spit out yet.
