There is nothing more embarrassing, including legal, to have
mistakes of exposing blind copies to the other non-blind recipients.
Remember the MTA that when presented with only RECPT-TOs and no
addresses in either the TO or CC headers injected the full list of
recipients as APPARENTLY-TO headers. OOPS.
