Actually, it seems like the perfect goal.
But it's not clear to me how that is achievable, absent something in the
realm that defines in a way that is substantial and deterministic.
And it's not clear to me that that's viable while remaining effective,
given that it ewill almost certainly enable bad actors to game the filter.
