 Yes this is a NIC problem, but I wanted to let you know. APNIC is 
aware of the needs fo small countries in their constituency, I guess 
there is a similar problem in the carabean and other places...

The current entry barrier in terms of initial allocation policy is 
artificial and I think we al know that - and there are many talking 
about changing this. Let's hope we can get this over and done with 
fast.
