How much do the additional IPs cost the ISP?


        This is dependent upon the location and size of the ISP. An
ISP /16 in total size might pay ARIN $4500 per year, for example.
        That works out to about $.0057 per address per month. At the $5
mark that's about an 87300% markup, not too shabby.
