What's the practical difference between Proposed and full Standard?
It may take a lot of effort to make that jump, but what difference
does it make outside of the fact that the document now has a new
label? Who notices or cares about the distinction? Does it affect
anything real?
These aren't rhetorical questions. I feel like there's no practical
effect, but I may be wrong, and I'm asking.
