OK there is another list where some of the coordination was taking place
and the "Steering Committee" was being formed.
They knew in advance that for a site talking about the future of the
Internet not being accessible via IPv6 was not kosher. There is some extra
juice on the email archives like some people don't feel comfortable about
broad and public participation on the list.
