Pete, what do you think "Acknowledge" means on a from like this? ( I will note
it does not say "I Acknowledge I read this but may not agree with it" )

You are not asked to click "I agree" to any statement. You are asked to
"Acknowledge" that you read it. And the statement says right at the top:
"This summary is only meant to point you in the right direction, and does not
contain all the details. Exceptions may apply."
So by participating, there are things that you are agreeing to that are not
on this page, and there are exceptions to things on this page that you don't
have to agree to do.
The only thing that this page does is make you "Acknowledge" that you've got
homework to do about rules for your participation.
