But are these really author/design team meetings or are they really
interims?
A meeting amongst authors doesn't need to be an interim, it's more like
a design team -- in both cases contribution of the individuals is
reflected in a draft.
A meeting that is taking the place of discussion on a list, with
non-authors contributing, certainly does qualify as an interim.
NETMOD meetings are really interim meetings.
However, point taken, we don't always need official interim meetings
when authors or design team speak among themselves.
