Sorry to be picky about this, but as has been noted a couple of times,
this is factually incorrect and factual accuracy seems to be important
for the thread.
The barrier for Israelis is unacceptably high, in terms of criteria
applied by the IAOC Meetings committee, but Israelis can and have
visited Malaysia and with official approval.
