It depends on one's particular situation; wotan's time constraints,
and the volume of unwanted non-mass mail he receives, constrains him
to what might at first seem an antisocial stance. It's not antisocial
simply because he doesn't have time to deal with all the unsolicited
individual mail he receives. Each of us has mileage that varies.
