Because all the list admin as to do is throw a single flag in Smartlist and
it's done.

Folks, if you don't want people to cc replies to your messages to you,
then stick a "Reply-To:" header in _your_ outgoing messages that points
to the list.  I have a strong memory that Smartlist will leave that
header untouched, and thus you don't have to deal with the doubled
messages.  Those of us who prefer to be cc'ed are then left happy.

Whether or not a message should say
        Reply-To: procmail(_at_)Informatik(_dot_)RWTH-Aachen(_dot_)DE
should be choice of the sender, _not_ the list.

...and if you can't tell your mailer to insert certain headers for
certain destinations, GET A BETTER MAILER (or put a wrapper on
sendmail, or do something else entirely).
