| Well, in sendmail 8.7.6 they changed the Mlocal definition when
| using FEATURE(`local_procmail') to build your sendmail.cf. What they
| essentially did was add 'f' to the local mailer flags (F=), which
| ended up munging the leading 'From ' line.
Exactly how did it mangle the From_ line? If it, say, changed all envelope
senders to root or daemon, then it would have made all mail fail the
* ! ^FROM_DAEMON
negated condition on Paul's vacation recipe. But it certainly wouldn't
have affected his bitbucket.rc.
The former is exactly what I was seeing -- everything was 'From bin',
which would fail that condition.
Is it possible that bitbucket.rc was invoked as an INCLUDE after a
* ! ^FROM_DAEMON
(or something equivalent) condition?
