grab mail with the To: line reading "sunmanagers(_at_)sunmanagers(_dot_)org" and send
it to its own mail file.
There's all the setup you need to do for the .forward (if procmail isn't
the LDA), plus the basic .procmailrc.
Once you've done that, the rule itself could be something like:

* ^To:(_dot_)*sunmanagers(_at_)sunmanagers\(_dot_)org
sunmanagers.mailbox
