If your version of procmail supports it, "^TO_sunmanagers..." is a
little cleaner. Alternately, if you are sure that "sunmanagers"
address is always on the "To:" line (not "cc:" or "apparently-to" or
"resent-to" etc) you can use

* ^To:(_dot_)*sunmanagers(_at_)sunmanagers(_dot_)org
#etc
