Newbie question:
I can't seem to get "formail -l" to function properly. According to the man
page, it should allow me to type,
$ formail -l <folder>
and generate a log summary in procmail-style. E.g.,
$ formail -l /var/mail/<username>
should give me a log summary, right?
I've tried it with several different versions of procmail on several Solaris
servers, but I get the same results. The command "hangs" as though it is
waiting for more input.
What am I doing wrong? (I read where this had been an undocumented option until
recently.)
Thanks,
Phil
