The mailing list software that processes the procmail list adds a set of
headers to all mails. If you can view the mail headers you will see a
number of them starting with
List-
This one in particular:
List-Id: discussion of the procmail program <procmail.lists.RWTH-Aachen.DE>
is a good one to use.
