What exactly is the difference between :0: and :0 in the procmailrc file.

Hmm, looks like an extra colon. I'd try 'man procmailrc', and searching
on, of all things ':'.

I wanted to answer like you, but, I checked it before with
a little sophisticated way: /:0.*: unfortunately I found
that the paragraph about this ``mysterious :'' dose not hold
this string (:0.*:). Philip, maybe it will be better to add
or put the explain about the ":" near the flags notes and do
        it in the same format?

However, the NMTG (Nancy McGough The Great) is the best place
        to start.
Bye,

Another place to find out about this most elementary of procmail
concepts is my Procmail Quick Start, which is in my sig.

Good luck,
