I suggest that you read my Procmail Quick Start, which is here
<http://www.ii.com/internet/robots/procmail/qs/
and go through the "Step by Step Through Setting Up and Testing
Procmail." This will make sure that your messages are actually
being passed to Procmail. Also, there seems to be no need for you
to set the SENDMAIL environment variable since you do not refer
to it in your recipes.
