The biggest problem I see is that I can't seem to think of a way to
expire old items from the
message-id cache.
formail -D 16384 msgid.cache
would limit the cache to 16K
So if I'm using formail to maintain the cache, what do I use to check
for the existence of cached items within the current message? Remember
that `grep -Ff` uses newlines as delimiters, whereas formail's cache
uses nulls.
