I'm looking for some good books about Procmail.

I didn't find much in a google search, although I did come across an email from
Nancy McGough back in '97 asking if anyone was interested in helping to write a
book...I take it that the book was never completed. ;)

I did a search at amazon and only turned up this: The Procmail Companion by
Martin McCarthy.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0201737906/qid=1041966208/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_1/002-1517416-3559224?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that the author is pretty active on this list.
Perhaps he or someone else would like to comment on the book and specifically
these questions:

1. Is the book primarily an index of commands with brief explanaitions or does
it give examples with demonstartion code?
2. What level of Procmail experience does it assume?
3. Would anyone consider this to be a beginner's level book? If not...
3. How much detail does the book go into about advanced topics?
4. Is there anything in the book that isn't covered in Nancy's site or one of
the others listed in the FAQ? If not...
5. Is the book organized logically and does it lend itself to easy reference?

I'm somewhat surprised that O'Reilly hasn't done one yet. Does anyone know if
one is in the works?
