Skipping script for users with a "." in their username

All,

I am testing new software and I want to run this globally except that it
doesn't work if the user has a "." in their username, for example,
foo(_dot_)bar(_at_)domain(_dot_)com(_dot_)

How the heck can I ackomplish this?

Something like:

* !^To:(_dot_)*\(_dot_)(_at_)domain\(_dot_)com

I tried this to no avail.
