Unlike a folder the directory "backup" must been already exist.
BEFORE using the procmailrc. Otherwise, procmail will make
new folder not directory with the name "backup". In this
case you will not be able to "cd backup" or "do backup/somthing".
That is probably not the problem, because for each of the users having
troble, some of the time the backup works, so the directories must be in
place already.
If you want to make sure that a folder is not created if the directory
doesn't already exist (thanks to Philip for this one),
