Toen ik Udi Mottelo kietelde, kwam er dit uit:
Dallman Ross:
* ? test -x "$GREEN/$RP"
WELL DONE dman !
It is fast, elegant and cool. I like it.
Yes, it is nice. I have been thinking of using something
similar in a greylisting setup, where you store the IP-nr
of the host attempting delivery, the envelope sender
address and the envelope recipient address.
http://projects.puremagic.com/greylisting/
(I call it 'SMTP-with-a-delay').
"$GREEN/${ENV_TO}/${ENV_FROM}/$IP"
or
"$GREEN/${ENV_TO}~~~${ENV_FROM}~~~$IP"
where the ~~~ is some carefully chosen separator.
Minor problem is that I often can't guess the recipient
address; in that case I can use a default, like empty.
