Seems to me this will double the amount of spam being sent. All a
spammer need do is queue every message twice, right?
Or even send out a small probe message first. But only when there are
no other lines of defense available.
The 2nd message should not arrive within 30 minutes.
In that time the IP could have been included on DNSBLs.
