external 'IP-Blacklist'

Hello, 

I like to filter some incoming Mails bei Sender-IP, but I do 
not like to include the Bunch of IP's in my ~/.procmailrc.

I prefer to have a seperated ~/.procmailrc.blockIP

How can I do it ?
