Chuck did not use angle brackets in his regex.
He used the procmail token symbol "\<" and "\>".
See "man procmailrc":
Ah, that's what I get for trying to do things from a hotel late at
night. I just clicked on the \ being escapes, and forgot about word
termination in procmail!
