Your source IP is a broadband IP from verizon.net. There are entire DNSBLs

In fact, it could even be the case that Wm.'s server is now perfectly
secure, and the real reason he's blocklisted is that he's sending from
a dynamic IP address.

Verizon's mail servers will only relay for SMTP AUTH connections, so
you need to run an MTA that will act as an AUTH client using the
particular protocol subset that Verizon's servers accept. The only
one that I've found that will even try is sendmail, and (due to
mutually tickling bugs in sendmail and libsasl) the stock sendmail
versions that come with most linux variants can't do it -- so unless
you're a programmer or you're connecting directly to Verizon's MTA
with a Microsoft desktop client, using Verizon as a relay is not an
option.
