There is nothing in my /etc/procmailrc file

0 -rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 0 Jun 2 08:47 /etc/procmailrc
Wow. A world writeable /etc/procmailrc.
[root(_at_)mail mail]# cat /etc/procmailrc
[root(_at_)mail mail]#
Should I have something in there?
