Mutt has color attributes available. Look in the fine manual for
section 7. Using color and mono video attributes
I set color for messages "from" me:
color index cyan default '~f paka(_at_)wahoo(_dot_)no-ip(_dot_)org'
# From me
color index green default '~h in-reply-to:.*wahoo.no-ip.org' # Replied
to me
for the second, in the mailing list the message does not always reply to
me...
That's because gmail does not consider your posts a new mail when
received. A simple work-a-round is to not use gmail smtp, but relay
via your provider and use a gmail "From:" addr. At least that is what
I do and I see mail on the lists that I post.
