The hacks appear to be targetted at addressing the problems faced by five,
six, perhaps twenty large ISPs. Most ISPs have one or maybe two outgoing
mail servers.
Yes, but if you get those five, six, twenty, or whatever number handle a
disproportionate number of emails, so if you get those entities to sign on,
then you are significantly closer to reaching critical mass toward full
adoption, no?
