I was told on another mailing list that there was an SPF library which could
be used by all MTAs, thus allowing MTAs to have a very minimal, and unchanging,
patch to implement SPF testing. But I cannot find such a library and I forget
who it was that said it was there.
At the moment I want to know what the API looks like. But of course I want to
get the thing up and running as soon as possible (and I assume others here would
like to see that happen, too).
