A significant stakeholder is in favour of using an XML encoding for SPF.
How do you guys feel about that?
"v=spf1 a:192.0.2.0 mx -all"
would be
<ep xmlns='http://spf.info/1'>
<out>
<m>
<a>192.0.2.0</a>
</m>
<m/>
</out>
</ep>
In DNS, it would be
"<ep xmlns='http://spf.info/1'><out><m><a>192.0.2.0</a></m><m/></out></ep>"
