You also have the freedom to find another client. If it's that much of a
financial differnce then commercial pressures will have their way. There
is no way that M$ is going to get enough of the world onto C-ID that they
can ignore mails which do not use it. They tried it with Blackbird, with
Outlook, and with a dozen other things. They do not control
infrastructure.
