This is an interesting alternative approach to the MTAMark space.

I would like to mention that our single most successful antispam rule at
Pobox is "does it look like a broadband host".

As a question, what about querying a dynamic IP blacklist in addition to the
hostname heuristics?  These lists are pretty good and some contain
information provided voluntarily by the netblock owners themselves (i.e.
SORBS).

Also, how do IP black lists figure into this?  Unless SPF becomes truly
universal, there will always be holes that are covered by the IP lists.
