I think allowing XML will cause much more harm to the adoption of SPF
thatn it will help.  Even if MicroSoft claims that the will not
support the SPF syntax if Meng and, as MS's Jim Lyon says "his hangers
on" will not support XML.


Therefore, I am opposed to the XML option.
