I publish -all because neither I, nor my coworkers, nor my family will
ever send mail via a header forging greeting card site or ebay. In the event
that an urgent need arises to use ebay in its present header forging state,
I will simply create a subdomain expressly for the purpose.
I understand that that is not an option for large public domains like
aol.com, but is just what the doctor ordered for small private domains.
