You are missing the point.  SPF is required to check that the PTR records
does match.  If it doesn't, then you ignore it.  Of course it is easy
to create PTR records with any CNAME desired.  But that doesn't help you
create a corresponding A record in a domain you do not control.

Of course PTR records cannot be relied on to match any A records.  Duh.
That is why SPF implentations are required to ignore them if they don't.

You can create all the funky PTR records you want, but it won't help you
get an SPF pass unless there is an A record in the target domain with
your IP.
