...but it absolutely should be required for you to publish
4-3-2-1.dynamic.example.com. IN A 1.2.3.4
Yes, the PTR hostname of "4-3-2-1.dynamic.example.com" MUST own "A
1.2.3.4" (but not necessarily exclusively)
