Windows NT from DEC by hiring David Cutler and his gang of software pirates,
and the Microsoft Mouse shape and design stolen from Goldtouch leap to mind.
There's also the various frauds perpetrated against Netscape claiming that
the Netscape server required an NT Server to run on, and could not be run
effectively on the far less expensive versions of the OS.
