Chicken and egg. I am saying many ISPs won't even bother with "?all" and
they can not do "-all" yet.
I think your first assumption is invalid. AOL and Verizon are already
on board with "?all" records, and SPF has been out less than a year. I
expect other ISPs will follow before long.
If you go back to part of post I was responding to above, he was saying that
only 0.5% load from these PASS cases, so he was I believe saying they are not
common enough yet, and my point as they can become more common if PASS cases
have more information (probability) attached to them.
So you are agreeing with me I think, in that the cases will increase in future.
I was also advocating a way to make them increase faster.
