I struggle to believe how much mail (it's around a dozen a day at my humble 
server, which serves less than a dozen accounts) arrives at my server from 
domains that have an MX record pointing to an IP address instead of a 
hostname. At least I'm able to reject these at MAIL FROM: time and nominate 
them to RFC-Ignorant's bogusmx list.
