A quick note on 'a==ipv4': I think this makes the spec more confusing
and it should be avoided. Now it is clear: the a mechanism relates to
the A record for the domain, if we say 'ipv4==a' then the a mech can be
related to both the A record and the clients ip address, which
introduces unneccesary ambiguity which might confuse those new to spf
and trying to understand 'the logic' behind the mechanisms.
