A quick note on 'a==ipv4': I think this makes the spec more confusing
and it should be avoided.
I agree. Tolerating this kind of thing is likely to lead to the same sort of
confusion that HTML suffers from -- "tag salad" and different browsers
interpreting pages in different ways. We should do everything we can to avoid
that situation.
