call for volunteers: need someone to write a stunt DNS server

I am starting a skunkworks project to implement a prototype
of a next-generation email architecture.

The philosophy will be to implement a "default reject"
mailbox.

I would like to invite members of the SPF community to
participate in this project.  Actually, I need volunteers to
help do a lot of the work.

One component of the prototype is the karma.com reputation
aggregation clearinghouse.

To help build the karma.com system, I need a volunteer with
experience in the following areas:

  web services
  DNS
  mysql

to help build a server system that can respond to requests
using any one of the above three technologies.

If you can build those technologies using Perl, please write
to me and I will bring you onboard.

I will be talking more about this project in the next few
days.  Please stay tuned.  I expect to be able to debut the
prototype on Nov 16 at the Inbox Event.
